Behavior-Oriented Occupational Safety Training; is important in terms of focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of employees in occupational health and safety field, bringing the current situation out, planning and implementing the necessary improvement activities. At the end of this training, it is aimed to take an active role in identification of KPI measurements, raising awareness, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety rules, identification of actions to be taken against issues such as prevention of accidents, and establishment of safer working environments.
