1. Introduction

The Emergency Response Team Leader (ERTL) plays a crucial role in managing emergencies, coordinating the team, and ensuring safe incident site management. This training program is designed to enhance the rapid response skills, operational effectiveness, and leadership qualities of ERTL members.

5. Training Methodology

The training consists of both theoretical and practical components. The practical session will include real-life emergency management scenarios and leadership role simulations.

6. Assessment & Certification

At the end of the training, participants will undergo both written and practical examinations. Those who successfully complete the exam will be awarded the Emergency Response Team Leader (ERTL) certification.
