1. Introduction

This training has been designed to teach emergency preparedness and proper behavior during emergencies (ER). The course presents emergency response management procedures that comply with both international and local standards.

2. Training Objectives

  • Learning the processes of emergency preparedness and response;
  • Understanding risk assessment and appropriate behavior strategies during emergencies;
  • Gaining knowledge of the emergency management system;
  • Defining the roles and responsibilities of emergency response personnel;
  • Applying methods to manage stress and panic in emergency situations.

3. Target Audience

This training is intended for emergency management teams, rescue teams, medical aid teams, operations managers, and emergency response personnel.

5. Training Methodology

The training consists of theoretical and practical sessions. The practical component includes emergency scenarios, risk assessment, and simulations.

6. Assessment & Certification

At the end of the training, participants will undergo written tests and practical evaluations. Those who successfully complete the training will be awarded the Emergency Response Behavior Guidelines Certification.
